Integration questions usually resolve faster against the documentation than over email, because it is generated from the API itself and is authoritative for endpoints and schemas. The developer page lists every entry point: the OpenAPI specification, the full reference, the MCP server for assistants, and the agent-readable summaries. If the answer genuinely is not there, write to sales@getfinero.com and it will reach an engineer.
Security and procurement review
If your security team runs a formal vendor review, raise it during the demo rather than afterwards and we will route the questionnaire to whoever can answer it properly. The security page covers what Finero holds and, more usefully, what it deliberately never touches: cardholder data and your money.

Requests about personal data go to privacy@getfinero.com, the inbox named in the privacy policy and the cookie policy. Use that address rather than sales for anything covered by those policies, so it is handled on the right track from the start.
