How the usage charge actually works

Core includes 200 successfully paid invoices a month. Past that, each additional paid invoice costs 0.1% of the amount collected, capped at $1. The cap is the part worth reading twice: any invoice over $1,000 costs exactly $1 to collect, whether it is $1,000 or $100,000.

A month with 500 paid invoices, averaging $2,000 each, works out at $399 for the plan plus 300 invoices past the allowance. Each is capped at $1, so the total is $699 against $1,000,000 collected.

You are charged on invoices Finero actually collects. An invoice that stays unpaid costs nothing, so the bill tracks recovered cash rather than activity, effort, or the number of people using the product.

What is not on the bill

Finero does not mark up payment processing. You keep your own merchant agreement, your own rates and your own payout schedule with your provider, and money settles directly to you. Finero never holds your funds.

There are no per-seat licences, so the whole finance team can use it without changing the price, and no setup or implementation fee. Most AR tooling charges per user, which penalises exactly the thing you want, which is more of the team seeing the ledger.

Pricing questions

How long does setup take?

Core goes live in 0-1 days. Custom implementations take 1-2 weeks.

How much does Finero cost?

Core is $399 per month, billed monthly, and includes 200 successfully paid invoices per month. Additional paid invoices cost 0.1% of the amount collected, capped at $1 per invoice. Scale is priced individually for higher volume and enterprise ERPs.

What happens if we go over 200 paid invoices in a month?

Additional paid invoices are charged at 0.1% of the amount collected, capped at $1 per invoice. You are only charged on invoices Finero successfully collects, so the overage tracks recovered cash rather than activity.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Finero starts with a 30-day free trial. Core is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

What is included in Core versus Scale?

Core covers one payment provider and one ERP (QuickBooks or Xero), autonomous email chasing and dunning, and invoice payment links. Scale adds multi-channel chasing across email, SMS and chat, with phone hand-off when needed, automatic reconciliation, multiple payment providers and ERPs, priority support and a dedicated customer success manager.

Are there setup fees or per-user charges?

No. Unlimited users, unlimited email chasing and configurable permissions are included, and there are no hidden fees. Finero does not add a markup to payment processing because you keep your own processor and merchant agreement.
