How the QuickBooks Online sync works

Two-way and continuous: invoices, customers, and credit memos flow from QuickBooks Online into Finero; payments post back as matched receipts against the invoices they pay. QuickBooks stays the books: Finero never creates parallel records that need reconciling later.

Payments that can't be confidently matched are flagged for review rather than left as unapplied credits on the customer account.

QuickBooks Online can send automatic invoice reminders on a schedule. Useful, but one template on one channel, with no judgment about the account and nothing after the reminder.
