AR automation and collections for Xero
Finero automates collections on Xero: it chases invoices beyond Xero's reminders, takes card and ACH through your processor, and writes payments back to Xero.
Xero stays your books of record. Finero takes over the part Xero reminders cannot do: deciding which customer to contact and how, collecting the payment, and writing it back so reconciliation stays clean.
What the Xero integration does, end to end.
- 1. Sync
Xero sends open AR, customer master and terms into Finero on a continuous basis.
- 2. Chase
Fin chases per-invoice across email, SMS and chat. Respecting your customers' credit terms.
- 3. Collect
Buyers pay card or ACH on hosted Finero pages, routed through your existing payment provider.
- 4. Reconcile
Cash is matched to invoices at the line level and posted back to Xero with audit trail.
How the Xero sync works
Finero reads sales invoices and contacts from Xero, chases against the live ledger, and writes settled receipts back so bank reconciliation stays clean. Xero remains the books of record throughout. No exports, no parallel ledger, no re-keying.
Deployment is light: once invoices and contacts sync, Fin starts chasing. Unmatched payments surface as exceptions instead of piling up as unreconciled bank lines.

What Xero invoice reminders do, and where they stop
Xero lets you set up to five invoice reminders, each sent a set number of days before the due date or after it falls overdue. They are emails on a fixed schedule, the same for every customer.
Reminders cover the customers who simply forgot. They do not read replies, notice a partial payment, follow up on a promise to pay, or change channel when email is ignored. Finero replaces the fixed cadence with judgment: which account to contact, in what tone, and when to escalate, with a card and ACH payment page in every message and the receipt written back to Xero automatically.

PayPal, Stripe and other payment providers with Xero
Finero is processor-agnostic, so customers can pay Xero invoices through the provider you already use, such as PayPal, Stripe or Braintree, on your existing merchant agreement. The payment is written back to the Xero invoice it settles, so it matches against the bank line instead of waiting to be reconciled by hand.
What it costs on Xero
